The beautifully blooming Sticky Catchfly can be found on dry moraines and cultivation cairns in the enclosed pastures of Asköviken. Under the leaf-stalks the stem of the Sticky Catchfly is covered with a dark, tar-like substance, which serves to protect the flowers from the visits of unwanted insects, such as ants.
